Three people. One stage. One message the entire B2B SaaS industry needs to hear.
This year, SmartClick attended SaaStanak not just as participants, but as a sponsor, a speaker, and a team. Three people. One stage. One message the entire B2B SaaS industry needs to hear. Milan Savov (CEO), Branko Ilishev (COO) and Davor Karafiloski (SEO Director) from our SmartClick team.

Events like SaaStanak are where the European SaaS ecosystem thinks out loud. Founders compare notes. CMOs test ideas. Operators challenge each other. And this year, we did not want to be on the sidelines of that conversation.
We went as a sponsor. Milan took the GTM stage as a speaker. And Branko and Davor showed up to support, not just as colleagues, but as the people who build and deliver what SmartClick promises every day.
That matters to us. When we talk about being a true partner, not just an outside agency, this is part of what that looks like.
Milan’s session was built around one idea that we believe is one of the most underestimated risks facing B2B SaaS companies right now: “Your pipeline is lying to you: AI search doesn’t know you exist.”
Your website can look good. Your content can exist. Your sales team can be active. Your CRM can show “pipeline.” But if AI search does not understand who you are, what you do, who you serve, and why you matter, you are invisible in a channel that is already changing how buyers research.
This is the work we do at SmartClick. Not just SEO for rankings, but making sure that when AI systems synthesize answers for your ideal buyers, your company is part of that answer. That session was our chance to say it to a room full of people who needed to hear it.

These are not vanity numbers. Seven podcast episodes means seven conversations with people who are building real companies and are willing to share what actually works. That content goes directly into the hands of the B2B SaaS founders and CMOs we serve.
The strongest sessions at SaaStanak were not about tactics. They were about clarity. Clarity about what actually moves a business forward, versus what keeps teams busy without moving the needle.
Nathan Latka’s session was a practical system for building a personal brand with AI. The core reminder: content without distribution is just noise. A lesson that applies directly to the B2B SaaS companies we work with: more content is not the answer. Better distribution of the right content is.
Wes Bush challenged every person in the room with a simple question: how do you deliver value before the third call? Before the long onboarding? That question shapes how we think about website performance and first-touch content for our clients.
Nick from HeyReach put it clearly: hire super senior people and enable them. This is something we are actively building at SmartClick. The next chapter of our growth will not come from doing more. It will come from building the right team, giving ownership, and letting strong people lead.
One of the most meaningful parts of SaaStanak 2026 was not on any agenda. It was seeing more than 40 people from Macedonia show up, learning, connecting, and representing the region at a higher level. The ecosystem is growing, and events like this are where that growth becomes visible.
We reconnected with people who started as new contacts and are now familiar faces, and in some cases, real collaborators. That is what happens when you show up consistently: relationships compound the same way good SEO does.
A sincere thank you to the SaaStanak organizing team: Leonard Eldić, Ana Butara, Anastas P. Shuli, Faris Sehovic, and the whole crew, for building something that feels less like a conference and more like the place where the European SaaS ecosystem thinks together.

Every insight from SaaStanak feeds directly into how we build strategies for the B2B SaaS companies we work with. The conversations about AI search, distribution, first-touch value, and pipeline visibility, these are not abstract ideas. They are the exact challenges our clients face every quarter.
Showing up at the right events, staying close to the people building the industry, and bringing those lessons back into our work, that is part of what it means to be a growth partner, not just a service provider.
